#Great48 Day3

I’m exhausted from today because of physical workout and a mental workout from my job. I had a lady wanting to argue over a 3.00 credit. Major agitation for no reason at all towards the end of my day. Everyone in the gym tonight wanted to have the fans on and it’s nine degrees outside. However, I will write about it all tomorrow. Night folks.

#Great48 Day 2

Okay, today was a better day I must say. Everything was much easier, maybe because I had to go to work. It’s a lot easier for me to keep a schedule regarding my eating when I’m at work. So for breakfast I ate my normal, oatmeal with teaspoon of honey and blueberries finish with 24oz of water. Took barely any calls at work so that was no help with my old eating habits. I eat when I’m bored so that’s my downfall and it doesn’t help that I LOVE bread! Anyhow, for my snack I had crunchy peanut butter with celery. Laughed for a while with my co-workers who was still slightly tipsy from their New Year’s Eve events that ran over into today. Finish my snack with another 24 ounces of water; by this time I’m needing to go to the restroom more than usual. My boss is giving me the side eye for being off the phone too much, “my bad!”.lol Then for lunch had a vegetable filled salad with half of chicken breast with no dressing. The red onions in it was really strong, I was crying just from eating them. Once again drank 24 ounces of water. Apples, strawberries and cherries to finish off the meal which I shared with my co-worker.  Since work was slow, I was able to get VTO (volunteered time off) two hours before my shift ended. I went to the gym at my job, super convenient . I did 30 minutes on the elliptical (interval program) also did 20 minutes on the treadmill (glutes 2). I was hungry at this point because I ate a bag of cheez-its before I worked out, don’t think that was a smart idea. I end up making Fiesta Lime Rice but substituted the rice for quinoa and add a tablespoon of Greek Yogurt and 1/2 Baked Chicken Breast for dinner with 24 ounces of water. It was like a healthier version of Chipotle to me. (Recipe for Rice below) Finished it with a Magum Chocolate and Almond ice cream bar and some fruit. I have one more 24 ounces of water to drink. Ready for a better day tomorrow! Goodnight.
